Privacy policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
This is placeholder text. Our attorney is preparing the final privacy policy. Until it's published, this page outlines what the policy will cover and how we handle the information you share today.
What we collect today
While we're preparing to launch, the only form on this site is the waitlist. It asks for:
- your email address (required)
- your first name and mobile number (optional)
- what brings you to Vivid (optional)
- whether you'd like launch news by email, by text, or neither
We also record when and from which IP address you gave any marketing consent, the page you came from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
- To confirm your place on the waitlist and tell you when bookings open.
- To send marketing by email or text only if you ticked the matching box. Each channel is a separate choice, and neither box is ticked for you.
- To prevent abuse of our forms.
We don't sell your information. We don't use advertising pixels.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.
- You can ask us to send you a copy of your data or to delete it.
Still to come
The final policy will also cover bookings, identity and license verification, payments, insurance checks, how long we keep each kind of record (including ID images), the service providers we work with, your rights under California law, and how to contact us.
